All Response EPoS systems are configured with Response Remote modem support software, which enables our support staff to gain access to your system through a standard telephone line.
Response Net users are permanently connected to our support team in Derby.
If an on-site repair is not feasible or practical, we will replace faulty hardware with backup units until the hardware has been repaired (accidental damage and natural wear and tear are not covered).
All supported users are upgraded free of charge, for non-supported users a quotation can be provided.
