Response Net is a secure Virtual Private Network (VPN) - a business quality secure broadband internet connection, supported and monitored by Norcon Computers Ltd.
Users of the service connect directly into the Norcon corporate network (Response Net), which is protected by a strictly-controlled Cisco firewall. You therefore don't need a firewall, just anti-virus software.
All subscribers are linked directly to our support team, who can gain instant access to a connected computer when help is required.
Response Net Safe
Response Net customers can also take advantage of our data backup service Response Net Safe. Using this system, users can elect to have their valuable EPoS and NS4W data backed up to a secure location on a regular basis. This backup device is itself backed up weekly to another secure location. Response Net Safe gives you the peace of mind that your business data is stored safely in the event of a disaster.
