Our aim is to provide customers with a working system on delivery - the set up of the system, ready to trade, will have been implemented prior to installation.
Survey
A survey of your store will take place and we will custom build the system to your store's
requirements, working closely with you to assess your needs.
Training Schedule
Based on the survey, a full Training Schedule will be produced and submitted for your approval.
If you are a convenience store with no Home News Delivery of newspapers and magazines (HND), our trainer will be on site for two full days. Should you have HND, then that installation will take place separately, after EPoS installation.
Our trainer will make sure you are equipped to operate your system securely. All our trainers are ex-retailers, so able to relate to and understand your particular retail environment.
Home News Delivery account transfer
We will generally transfer newsagents' HND account information from their existing systems to the Response EPoS system. Our staff are familiar with most current news management computer/ manual systems; and can advise you on data transfer accordingly.
